55 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Males and females aged 55 and over 2. Body mass index between 18.5-27.5 kg/m2 3.Systolic blood pressure equal to or greater than 130 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure equal to or greater than 85 mmHg 4. Availability to attend the exercise program three times a week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The allergic reaction with crustaceans 2. Current smoking 3. Unstable and/or uncontrolled cardiovascular diseases 4. Musculoskeletal problems to physical exercise 5. Severe visual impairment 6. Kidneys or livers disease
