Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient who underwent routine phacoemulsification with IOLs implantation at Mettapracharak (Wat Rhaiking) Hospital during 2014 to 2019. 2. Nanophthalmos in the study was defined as an axial length less than 20 millimeters by IOLs master calculation. 3. Normal control eyes were defined as axial length more than millimeters.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: eye with axial length > 25 millimeters, post-operative follow up less than 2 months and eye with structural abnormalities included microcornea which defined by horizontal corneal diameter < 10 millimeters, traumatic cataract, uveitis, retinal and optic nerve abnormalities such as chorioretinal coloboma, retinoschisis and foveal schisis.
