Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who undergoing corneal epithelial stem cell transplantation will be invited and selected to participate in research projects

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Age less than 18 years. 2) Patients who are unable to remember and provide details about their quality of life. 3) Patient feels uncomfortable or unwilling to complete the questionnaire. 4) Patients who are unable to continuously come for follow-up examinations and complete questionnaires.
