Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects: Aged 45-70 years, 2. Healthy status, 3. Located in the northeastern region of Thailand., 4. Two days before the testing, it is prohibited to consume tea, coffee, or alcohol for at least 12 hours., 5. Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) Test more than 26

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, neuropsychological diseases, head injury, diabetes mellitus, liver disease, cancer, autoimmune disease, and hematological disorder, 2. Receiving drugs or hormones, dietary supplements, or other types of herbal medicines that affect the nervous system during the trial and within three months prior to the start of the trial, 3. Alcohol abuse, 4. Smoking status (more than 10 cigarettes per day), 5. In the process of collaborating with different projects.
