Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient aged 18 and above who present at emergency department with non-shockable cardiac arrest or diagnosis of non-shockable cardiac arrest at emergency department Vajira hospital
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Do not have advance airway 2.EKG is Shock-able cardiac arrest 3.Recive adrenaline before come to emergency department Vajira hospital 4.No resuscitation 5.not done advance cardiac life support (ACLS) 6.fit the criteria withhold CPR
