Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children were eligible if they had body mass index (BMI) of more than 1-2 standard deviation above the median for participants aged 5-19 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children did not participate regular physical activity program > 1.5 hour per week, had no medical condition such as presence of conduct/oppositional defiant disorder, autism spectrum disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, intellectual disabilities, or serious affective disorders.
