This study will be conducted in patient diagnosed as high-grade parotid cancer confining in the superficial lobe of parotid gland Deep lobe parotidectomy, Completion parotidectomy, Total parotidectomy, Superficial parotidectomy, High-grade parotid cancer

Interventions

Patient in this group will undergo completion parotidectomy within 4-6 week after primary parotid surgery. received standard PORT 60-66 Gy,Patient in this group will be received only PORT 60-66 Gy

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient was diagnosed with parotid cancer and received conservative parotidectomy or superficial parotidectomy and has all the inclusion criteria. Inclusion criteria: 1. Tumor confining only in the superficial lobe of the parotid gland confirmed by pre-operative CT scan 2. Final histopathological report was high-grade parotid cancer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Age <18 years 2. Pregnancy 3. Pre-operative ipsilateral facial nerve palsy 4. R2 resection (gross residual tumor at parotid bed after primary surgery) 5. Tumor extends to deep parotid lobe either tumor extension or deep parotid lymph node involvement 6. Non-parotid primary cancer 7. History of prior radiation in head and neck 8. Receiving concurrent chemotherapy after surgery
