Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients (18 years old or over) 2. Admitted to the medical intensive care unit between January 2013 and December 2022 3. Underwent bronchoscope during admission

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. no pre-bronchoscopic and post-bronchoscopic diagnosis was recorded
