Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Stroke patients with spasticity of the elbow 2. Over 18 years old 3. Spastic Elbow MAS >= 1+ 4. An alcohol solution is injected into the musculocutaneous nerve using ultrasound guidance to reduce elbow spasticity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of accidents or surgery on the arm or elbow that has been injected with alcohol solution.
