Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 20 and 60 years 2. ASA class 1-3 3. nonemergency surgery using general anesthesia and muscle relaxants
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. unwillingness to participate 2. neuromuscular disease 3. requiring TOF = 0 monitoring throughout the deep block 4. those prescribed muscle relaxants e.g. antibiotics like Aminoglycoside, Magnesium sulfate, Lithium, or Antileptic drug 5. Surgery of the respiratory organs such as nose, throat, and mouth 6. pregnant patients 7. volunteering in other research projects.
