Interventions

After CO2 insufflation in abdomen, mechanical ventilation in intervention group will be set PEEP level guided be intraabdominal pressure until surgery ended. PEEP level is calculated from equation (0.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults age more than 18 years old, 2. Patients undergoing laparoscopic abdominal surgery with trendelenburg position

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients'refusal, 2.BMI > 30 kg/m2, 3.Lung bleb or bullae diagnosed by preoperative chest radiograph, 4.COPD , 5.Lung fibrosis, 6.pregnancy,7. end-stage renal disease , 8. Increased intracranial pressure , 9. circulatory shock during preoperative period, 10. pneumothorax during preoperative period
