20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Office workers 20 -50 years old. 2. Using computer or document desk totaling more than 4 hours per day or more. 3. Chronic neck pain for more than 3 months. 4. VAS of neck pain during 1 week greater than or equal to 30 mm. 5. Joint positioning error of the neck is greater than 4.5 degree 6. Consent and sign to participate in the project.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of injury or surgery on cervical spine or spinal cord. 2. Diagnosis of a disease of the vestibular system, such as a vertigo , benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) 3. Abnormalities of the brain or sensory nerves. 4. There is a circulatory disorder related to the cervical spine, such as migraine, cerebral insufficiency of cerebral circulation. 5. Diseases of the musculoskeletal system or neurological diseases that affect movement. 6. Diseases associated with inflammation of the cervical spine joints such as rheumatoid arthritis. 7. History of physical therapy in the neck, shoulders, and shoulders in the past 6 months. 8. History of Lower back injuries such as scoliosis herniated discs, etc. 9. Pregnancy or history of pregnancy in the last 12 months. 10. History of taking pain-relieving, anti-inflammatory drugs and steroids. 11. Problems with communication and cooperation. 12. Refusal to participate in a study, withdrawal from a study as a participant.
