Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Confirmed diagnosis of bronchiectasis disease by physician , Reported daily sputum production ,Good cooperation, communication, and no cognitive impairment, Stable vital signs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of pulmonary embolism, empyema, pleural disease, hemoptysis, SpO2 < 90% at rest, Active pulmonary tuberculosis, Exacerbation within 1 month, Any cancer, Cardiac dysfunction & hemodynamic instability, History of brain aneurism or retinal detachment, recent facial, oral, or skull surgery, abdominal aneurism, Neurological: old CVD and SCI, Pregnancy
