Advanced knee osteoarthritis treatment total knee arthroplasty gradually reducing radius functional outcomes posterior stabilized knee crucriate retaining knee

Interventions

Participants for the arm 1 will get the posterior stabilized Attune knee replacement system. ,Participants for the arm 2 will get the crucriate retaining Attune knee replacement system.

50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clinical and radiographic diagnosis of severe knee osteoarthritis (Kellgren and Lawrence grade IV) 2. Patients who placed on the waiting list for unilateral TKA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Revision surgery 2. History of septic or inflammatory arthritis 3. Body mass index (BMI) > 36 kg/m2 4. Complex primary TKA which required augmentation and/or stem 5. Unable to ambulate independently preoperatively
