Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age is 18 to 75 years 2. Confirmed diagnosis of bronchiectasis with or without other respiratory disease eg COPD by physician by CXR, CT chest 3. Reported daily sputum production of more than 10 mL or crackles or rhonchi during listening to the lung auscultation and fremitus. 4.Good cooperation, communication, and no cognitive impairment 5. Stable vital signs temperature, heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory rate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of pulmonary embolism, empyema, pleural disease, pulmonary fibrosis, hemoptysis 2. SpO2 < 90% 3. Active pulmonary tuberculosis 4. Exacerbation within 3 months 5. Any cancer 6. Cardiac dysfunction & hemodynamic instability 7.History of brain aneurism or retinal detachment, recent facial, oral, or skull surgery, abdominal aneurism 8. Neurological: old CVD and SCI 9.Pregnancy
