Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age more than 18 years Fracture within 2 weeks after injury Unilateral femoral neck fracture Consent to participate in a research study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pathologic fracture Stress fracture Open fracture Candidate for arthroplasty; OA, AVN hip Impair cognition Nonambulatory patient Polytrauma, life threatening injuries Revision surgery
