Chronic heart failure (CHF) is the main cause of hospitalization for older persons worldwide and has become a public health problem. Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria of CHF, Doppler ultrasound suggested that the left ventricular ejection fraction of Less than 50% (2) Aged not less than 18 years and not more than 75 years, regardless of gender (3) New York Heart Association (NYHA) class 3 to 4 (4) Stable condition after drug treatment (5) The patient is highly compliant, and signs written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with cardiac surgery in the past 3 months; (2) Patients with severe arrhythmia; (3) Those with combined limb dysfunction who are unable to complete Tai Chi exercise; (4) Patients with severe mental disorders who are unable to cooperate with treatment; (5) Patients who are participating in other clinical studies.
