Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Ankle fractures with posterior malleolus fracture 2. Age 18-70 years 3. Patients can follow-up 12 months atleast

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age below 18 years 2. Tibial plafond fracture 3. Previous ankle pathology 4. Open fractures 5. Skin infection at ankle before surgery
