Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>= 18 years 2. Arthroscopic shoulder surgery 3. General anesthesia 4. Brachial plexus block inter scalene approach 5. Beach chair position

Exclusion criteria: 1. open shoulder surgery 2. not beach chair position
