Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All UGM students, including those pursuing vocational, undergraduate, master's, and doctoral degrees, were qualified to take part in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The study excluded participants who had experienced a heart attack within the previous three months, were recovering from surgery, and had physical or mental impairments that precluded them from taking part in all tests
