Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients who undergo endoscopic endonasal transsphenoidal surgery 2. American society of Anesthesiologists physical status I-III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who refuse to be included in the project 2. anesthesia without surgery 3. patients who receive combined intravenous and inhalation anesthesia 4. patients with increased intracranial pressure 5. patients with coagulopathy 6. patients with abnormal liver function or chronic alcoholism 7. patients who are malignant hyperthermia susceptibility 8. patients with opioid allergy 9. patients with drug addiction 10. patients who receive preoperative opioids or psychoactive medications
