Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients, who age 18-65 year old, admit in Gynecological department, Chonburi Hospital for elective major gynecological surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of abnormal bowel movement or gut obstruction 2. Previous bowel surgery 3. Pre-operative bowel preparation 4. Unable to walking without assisted device 5. Abnormal laboratory investigation 6. Cardiovascular disease, pulmonary disease, orthopedic disease
