Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with extraarticular base or shaft of proximal phalangeal fracture ?of finger

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Multiple fractures in a hand Comminuted fracture Soft tissue injury requiring soft tissue reconstruction Associated tendon or neurovascular injury, requiring repair Concomitant injury that requiring splint Inability to perform post-operative hand exercise Former hand disability Loss to follow-up Patient deny for surgery
