Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years old 2. Depressive disorder was diagnosed base on DSM-5 criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. CKD stage III-V 2. Primary hyperparathyroidism 3. Granulomatous disease 4. GI malabsorption: short bowel syndrome, pancreatitis, IBD, bariatric surgery 5. Liver disease 6. Renal insufficiency or nephrotic syndrome 7. Medication history which affects vitamin D levels in one year - Antineoplastic drugs: cyclophosphamide, taxol, tamoxifen - Antibiotic and antifungal: clotrimazole, rifampicin - Anti-inflammatory agents: dexamethasone - Anti-hypertensive drug: nifedipine, spironolactone - Antiretroviral drugs: Ritonavir - Endocrine drugs: Cyproterone acetate 8. Pregnancy and lactation 9. Vitamin D supplement
