Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. the patients with supratentorial tumor age 18-65 years old. 2. ASA physical status 1-3 3. elective surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. refused patients 2. Glasgow Coma Score <15 3.history of alcohol or drug abused 4. BMI > 35 kg/m2 5. history of anesthetic drugs allergy 6. pregnant patients
