Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: The students and staff aged between 18-59 years, who have an Asian BMI of more than 23 kg/m2, and did not have severe diseases such as diabetes, kidney disease, or heart disease, participated in the study. All of them were informed about the objectives of the study and were asked to sign the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: The students and staff who got pregnant, had dietary restrictions (i.e., vegetarian), and were unable to comply with the agreement (i.e., intake of drugs for losing weight) were excluded from the study.
