Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Severe osteoarthritis stage 3-4 both legs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Ischemic heart disease on antiplatelet drug 2. contraceptive pill 3. Pulmonary embolism 4. MI 5. Stroke 6. TIA 7. Coagulation defect 8. Allergy of tranexamic acid 9. Anemia (Hb < 11g/dL) 10. BMI >30 11.Serum creatinine > 1.35 mg/10 ml
