Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Primary osteoarthritis of knee 2 Persistent osteoarthritic symptoms for at least 6 months 3 Radiographic evidence of late- stage osteoarthritis of the knee ; Kellgren/Lawrence stage III-IV 4 History of fail conservative treatment 5 No serious medical comorbidity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Secondary osteoarthritis from Inflammatory arthritis ,Infective arthritis , Posttraumatic arthritis 2 previous knee surgery 3 aged more than 90 yrs 4 BMI more than 38
