Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Male between 20 to 40 years old. 2 Experiencing of LBP more than 12 weeks. 3 Moderate degree of VAS between 3 to 7 4 Able to follow instructions 5 Can carry out regular activities and exercise 6 Willing to participate in the study 7 Can read and communicate in Chinese

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of the following diseases or disorders: Ankylosing spondylitis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Spinal fractures, Tumors or infections, Clinical neurological deficits, Nervous system or major mental diseases, Bleeding disorders, Previous severe back or lower limb injury or surgery, Underlying diseases such as diabetes and hypertension. 2 Prompt nerve root compression. 3 Contraindications of percussive massage treatment: Contagious skin disease, Injury or inflammation of the muscle, Open wound, Acute limb edema, and Impaired skin integrity. 4 Take the medication currently, such as Ibuprofen.
