Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Thai patient who was more than twenty years old and got dabigatran 150 milligrams, 110 milligrams or 75 milligrams twice daily for non-valvular atrial fibrillation indication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patient with mechanical valve replacement or moderate to severe mitral stenosis. - ESRD patient or eGFR less than 15 ml/min. - Pregnancy or lactation patient. - Incomplete patient data.
