Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female individuals aged 18-35 years 2. Conscious and able to communicate 3. Voluntarily agree to participate in the project 4. Complete physical activity questionnaire (GPAQ) less than 600 METs-minutes per week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with a history of cardiovascular disease and respiratory disease such as asthma, heart disease, for at least 1 year 2. People with a history of the musculoskeletal system, such as knee pain, back pain, and foot pain in the past 3 months with a visual analog scale greater than 3 out of 10 3.Pregnant 4. Persons with disabilities or physical impairments 5. People who have had an accident in the spine, abdomen, or had hip surgery in the past 1 year 6. Persons diagnosed with congenital anomaly of the spine. rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis, infection of the spine and discs, ankylosing spondylitis, spondylolisthesis, spondylosis, tumor, systemic lupus erythematosus, osteoporosis 7. People receiving drugs that affect the nervous system or drink alcohol within 24 hours before the test 8. People who are allergic to kinesio tape
