Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Males and females aged between 18 and 25 years with flexible flatfoot Foot posture index more than plus 5 Arch height index less than 0.31 Body mass index between 18.5 and 22.9 kg per square meters
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with physical deformities affecting movement and posture and those using insoles or mobility aids, 2. Ankle/foot pain or injuries in the past 6 months, 3. Back or lower extremity injuries or surgery, 4. Diabetes, 5. Hypertension, 6. Leg length difference more than 1.1 cm.
