Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Overweight/obese (body mass index greater than or equal to 25 kg/m2) Age more than 50 years old Receive standard physiotherapy regime

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Change in medication within 3 months Dementia or psychiatric disease Smoker
