Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 40-50 years old, 2. Occiput-wall distance (OWD) ranges from 5.1-8.0 cm., 3. No injury of the upper back, pectoral muscles, thoracic and without scoliosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Back injury or an accident that cannot be tested and exercised, 2. Pregnancy
