Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with age between 18-70 years 2. Patient who undergoes elective surgery with general anesthesia that have indication for arterial line insertion 3. The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status Classification I-III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency case 2. Pregnant or lactating female 3. Norepinephrine or sodium metabisulfite or sulfa group allergy 4. Patient with uncontrolled hyperthyroidism or pheochromocytoma 5. Patient with peripheral artery disease or vascular aneurysm or mesenteric ischemia 6. Baseline systolic blood pressure greater than 160 mmHg 7. Patient who continue inotropic drug before arterial line insertion 8. Severe obesity (BMI greater than or equal to 35) 9. Patient with Monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOIs) or Tricyclic antidepressant use 10. Patient refusal or withdrawal of intervention
