Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) hemiparetic patients who have been diagnosed with their first stroke (ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke) 2) age between 18 to 80 years old 3) able to walk with or without an assistive device 4) the Thai Mental State Examination (TMSE) more than and equal to 23 scores 5) able to communicate and follow simple commands
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) have any other neurologic disorders, such as Parkinson disease or multiple sclerosis 2) have a severe orthopedic disease that affects their walking, such as severe osteoarthritis or fracture of lower extremity 3) have a visual or vestibular disorder 4) have serious medical problems, such as unstable angina or uncontrolled hypertension
