Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: live in Bangkok, are aged between 50-80 years old, are healthy, have no underlying disease, have normal blood pressure, and have no history of allergy to beet-root juice.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: have underlying diseases, athletes, or taking antihypertensive drugs
