Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergo elective surgery under general anesthesia with laryngeal mask insertion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Risk aspiration 2.Protocol drugs allergy 3.Coronary artery disease or arrhythmia 4.Cerebrovascular disease 5.BMI > 30 kg/m2 6.Respiratory tract infection within 2 week 7.Heavy smoking 8.Suspected difficult airway
