Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Hyponatremia patients from SIADH 2. Age more than 15 years old 3. Treated with fluid restriction < 800 ml/day (include fluid from parenteral and enteral intake)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who recieved Chronic diuretic therapy 2. Cannot collect urine sample per study protocol 3. Hemodynamic instability 4. Severe symptomatic hyponatremia 5. Severe hyperglycemia define as blood sugar > 300 mg/dL 6. Cannot take food orally
