Conditions

All patients aged between 20 and 80 years were scheduled for elective gynecologic surgeries under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation iliohypogastric/ilioinguinal nerve block, postoperative pain, gynecologic surgery, local anesthetic

Interventions

The bilateral iliohypogastric and ilioinguinal nerve blocks were performed using a B Braun Stimuplex needle under ultrasound guidance. The 20 ml of 0.25% bupivacaine were given close to the nerves at

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class I-III and 2. good consciousness with the ability to communicate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. allergy to any of the study drugs, or 2. emergency surgeries, 3. BMI > 35 kg/m2 and 4. unable communicated patients
