Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children aged 1 month to 5 years who receive treatment in the Out-Patient Department of the Chiang Khong Crown Prince Hospital who are diagnosed with acute diarrhea. with watery diarrhea 3 or more times per day Vomiting may also be present. for less than 7 days
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with severe dehydration, such as shock, decreased urination in 24 hours. 2 Patients who are hospitalized. 3 Children with risk factors for sepsis such as congenital immunodeficiency disease, use of glucocorticoids in the past 6 months, having a catheter placed in the urethra, shape. heart abnormalities, history of premature birth or have chronic gastrointestinal disorders such as inflammatory bowel disease 4 Children with pancreatitis, bloody diarrhea and those who are allergic to probiotic mixture (red rash, wheel and flare, itchy, angioedema, difficulty breathing)
