Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Fathers or mothers who 1.) The parent is either a biological mother or father, 2.) The parent lives with their child in the same household, 3.) The parent is aged above 18 years, 4.) The parent is found to be lacking in parental empowerment, measured by the parental empowerment questionnaire with a score of less than 60%,19 5.) The child is aged between 4-6 years, and 6.) Each participant must come from a separate household.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.) The parent has a mental health disorder. 2.) The child has a neurodevelopmental disorder. 3.) The child has a physical condition that requires regular medications or follow up with a physician.
