Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Having dry eye symptoms for over 3 months prior to the study 2 Meet DED classification by severity 3 Monocular corrected visual acuity (VA.CC.) at distance better than 20/40 in both eyes 4 Do not use any manipulative technic in this study for at least 6 months prior to the study 5 Being able to communicate and read instruction in Thai language. 6 Be able to come for screening (baseline) and follow up visits at 1 month and 3 months. 7 Being able to communicate and follow up via electrical form or social application
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Ocular or systemic disease that affect or artribute to dry eye symptom e.g., Sjogren syndrome, chronic allergy, diabetes mellitus (>5 years), hepatitis, abnormality of lid & lash, abnormality of 5th or 7th nerve, HIV, SLE, cancer (in active state), hyperthyroidism and etc. 2 Using routine medication that could contributed to DED symptoms e.g., anti-psychotic, anti-depressants, isotretinoin, anti-histamine, immunosuppressant, estrogen hormone, morphine or opioids at least 1 months prior to this study 3. Contact lens wear over 12 hr./day 6 days/week or over 72 hr./week for longer than 3 months prior to the study. 4. History of refractive surgery, cornea transplant, cataract removal surgery, ptrygium removal surgery 5. History of ocular surgery or trauma or inflammation which may attributed to DED in 6 months prior to the study. 6. Pregnant or breast-feeding or Abnormality of ovarian or uterus system or conditions affect to estrogen level. 7. Taking Omega 3 or Omega 6 or vitamin A supplementary over 1,500 mg per day more than 3 days per week at least 1 months prior to this study 8. Used alternative technic in this study, during 6 months prior to study e.g., seventh step TFM, CEA and lid hygenic method
