Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years 2. Patients with thalassemia who have taken iron chelating more than 15 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient has history of ophthalmic disease or eye abnormality before. such as Cataract, Glaucoma, Optic neuropathy, Maculopathy etc. 2. Patients have eye surgery or accident before.
