Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: At least one year has passed since the definitive diagnosis of the disease Be at least 20 years old and at most 65 years old Have access and the ability to work with the Internet Have minimum reading and writing literacy Have not participated in similar training courses Do not have underlying diseases that prevent education, including cognitive, vision and sensory motor diseases such as severe depression, mental retardation and Parkinson's Do not be hospitalized.

Exclusion criteria
