Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis De Quervains syndrome By History of pain at radial styloid side and Physical examination found that swelling, tender, crepitus and Finkelsteins test positive. Decide to treat with non surgical method.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of allergy to corticosteroid or lidocaine History of surgery tendon Abnormal anatomical structure History of using steroid injection in 1 year History of wrist fructure
