Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. acne scars 2. dilated pores 3. wrinkles

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. active skin disease or infection on treatment site 2. history of keloid or hypertrophic scar 3. serious underlying medical conditions or history of immunocompromised, connective tissue disease, photosensitivity, skin cancer, Herpes simplex infection 4. history of previously taking oral vitamin A derivatives within 3 months, facial laser treatment or chemical peeling within 1 month 5. allergy to topical anesthesia 6. pregnancy or lactation 7. withdraw from the study
