Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient scheduled for elective orthopedic or general surgery, 2. Age equal to or more than 65 years, 3. ASA physical status 2-3, 4. undergoing spinal anesthesia, 5. Welcome to join the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindicated to spinal anesthesia, 2. Allergic to medication used in the study, 3. Severe cardiovascular disease, 4. Severe peripheral vascular disease or peripheral neuropathy, 5. BMI more than 35 kg/m2, 6. Patients cannot cooperate to perform spinal anesthesia
