Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 20 to 65 year-olds ASA Physical Status I and II Undergoing elective supratentorial craniotomy for the first time
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Allergic to levobupivacaine, nalbuphine Infection at the block site/ Scalp Infection Preoperative Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) < 15 Inability to measure pain intensity by verbal numeric rating scale (NRS) Inability to use PCA
