Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 50 years or older 2. Memory complaints 3. Normal hearing and vision
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. MOCA < 25 , 2. CDR > 0.5 , 3. Diagnosis of dementia or major neuro cognitive disorder , 4. Presence of anti-dementia drug ( AchEI, NMDA receptor antagonist), 5. Starting psychiatric treatment or changing medicine dosage within 3 months, 6. No need of 4 week participation
